The deal
These terms are between you and Weenja, the maker of Warden OS. By using Warden you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Warden.
What Warden is
Warden lets you earn points from focus sessions, steps and workouts, and spend them on the apps you choose to guard. Points have no cash value. You cannot buy, sell or transfer them. Warden is not medical advice: check with a doctor before you start a new exercise routine.
Your account
You must be 18 or older. One account per person. Keep your sign-in safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
Plans, seats and refunds
- Plans are billed by Google Play or the App Store. Monthly and yearly plans renew until you cancel in your store settings.
- Each friend who plays on your plan is a seat at $10 a year, or $1 a month on monthly plans. Friends without a seat can watch for free.
- Not for you? Ask for a refund within 14 days of a purchase. On Android we refund you directly. On iPhone, Apple handles refunds.
- If prices change, we tell you before your next renewal.
Play fair
Do not fake steps or workouts, tamper with the app, use emulators or scripts to earn points, or harass people in your crew. If we find cheating, we may reset points or suspend the account.
What Warden can and cannot do
Warden locks apps with the tools your phone and computer allow. Your system can stop it, and you can switch it off (your crew will see). Do not rely on Warden where safety is at stake. Warden never blocks emergency calls.
Your content
You keep your display name and crew name. You let us show them to your crew so the game works.
Warranty and liability
We work hard to keep Warden running, but we provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, Weenja is not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Ending
You can stop using Warden and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes and disputes
When these terms change, we update the date at the top and tell you in the app if the change is big. If we disagree about something, write to us first and we will try to sort it out. If that fails, disputes go to binding arbitration, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
